In addition to insights into first results in the research field of panorama productions, an overview of the 3D cinema and TV market was provided as well as current launching scenarios and business models for 3D cinema and 3D TV were shown.

After speeches of consortial partners Fraunhofer IIS, Fraunhofer HHI, KUK Filmproduktion and Flying Eye Managementberatung, questions were answered as part of a joint press conference of all the partners including the rest of the INSIGHT OUT contributors.

KUK Filmproduktion lead the “Hands-On” workshop “Steroscopic 3D“ during the INSIGHT OUT symposium and thus offered INSIGHT OUT participants the possibility to gain practical experience in shooting of stereoscopic contents.
